Fastighetsbyrån sells its shares in Hemnet

The Norwegian media group Schibsted acquires the housing site Hemnet. An
agreement has been signed by all owners, which means that Schibsted buys 80 per
cent of Hemnet, based on a company value of SEK 1.5 billion.
Fastighetsbyrån currently owns 34 per cent of the shares in Hemnet and will
through an option acquire an additional 8 per cent of the shares.
Fastighetsbyrån will sell all of these shares.

For the owner of Fastighetsbyrån, Swedbank, the sale results in a capital gain
of about SEK 500 million that will be accrued to the bank's results in 2016
after the acquisition has received approval by the Swedish Competition
Authority.

”Hemnet is a financial investment and we have received a very good offer by an
owner that will develop Hemnet further in a way that benefits both customers and
real estate brokers”, says Swedbank CFO Göran Bronner.
