Mimi K. Berdal, board member and primary insider of Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS), has on 21 December 2015 bought 600,000 shares in EMGS at an average price of NOK 0.3003 per share. The purchase was done through Berdal's wholly owned company MKB Invest AS.
Following the transaction, Berdal holds 600,000 shares in EMGS through MKB Invest AS.
