On December 30, 2015 JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR” has received notification from Ēriks Ertmanis about acquisition of direct participation on shareholding (see attached).
According to this notification Ēriks Ertmanis has acquired a direct significant shareholding in JSC „VEF Radiotehnika RRR”, by purchasing 200 000 shares, which constitutes 7.85% of JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR” total capital.
