On 3 January 2016, Pascal Soriot, a Director of the Company, notified us that,
on 31 December 2015, he ceased to be beneficially interested in 250,100
AstraZeneca PLC Ordinary Shares of $0.25 each as a result of a gift of those
shares to family members for nil consideration.
