Compugen Inc. Completes Acquisition of Metafore Technologies Inc.

RICHMOND HILL, ON--(Marketwired - January 12, 2016) - Compugen is pleased to announce that as of January 1^st, 2016 it has successfully completed the integration of the strategic assets of Metafore Technologies Inc. initiated in October 2015. The new organization continues to operate under the name Compugen Inc. with all customers now supported on a single, unified environment.
