Announces Hire of Chris Maxwell as EVP Professional Services Group

The new division is led by Seattle technology veteran Chris Maxwell.

In the United States alone there are 19,354 incorporated towns and cities across 3,007 counties. In the US, Internet penetration is now over 90% and smartphone penetration is over 80%. And yet not a single one of these towns or cities have a unified digital strategy for managing content, community and commerce. As a result, residents and businesses are left with a fragmented online community, largely being built at the grassroots level.
