With reference to stock exchange announcement no. 20 of 13 April 2015 regarding a strategic review of TDC Hosting, TDC announces that the Board has concluded that the best way of maximising long-term value for shareholders is to continue ownership of TDC Hosting.
TDC Hosting will continue as an independent unit and going forward be an important part of the integrated solutions offered by TDC Group in the SMB segment.
