CLX Communications Signs Framework Agreement with a Leading Social Networking Service for Professionals

Stockholm, Feb 2, 2016

CLX Communications’ enterprise division has signed a framework agreement to
provide cloud communications services to a leading social networking service for
professionals.
The non-binding, non-exclusive framework agreement follows successful technical
integration and includes CLX’s mobile messaging services where CLX provides
global coverage for message delivery.

The contract period is 12 months with automatic renewal unless either party
terminates the agreement. The value of the contract is dependent on the actual
service utilization.

Robert Gerstmann, GM for CLX’s enterprise division CLX Networks, comments: "We
are very happy to have signed this framework agreement. CLX’s strong
international presence, including USA, combined with our unparalleled number of
direct mobile operator relationships globally enables CLX to truly support
