EIV Capital Announces Formation of CAM Integrated Solutions

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2016) - EIV Capital announced today the completion of its $40 million investment commitment to and formation of CAM Integrated Solutions, LLC ("CAM"), a new engineering, procurement and construction management company. The investment will fund the start-up and growth of CAM, focused on providing engineering services to E&P producers for the "first mile" midstream tie-in from the wellhead to main header/gathering system. This will include, but not be limited to, well pad facilities, gathering systems, pipelines and compression and pump stations.

CAM plans to leverage management's successful track record in designing, developing and constructing midstream assets. CAM is led by Craig Pierrotti and Mitch Stamper, oil and gas engineering veterans who have spent their entire careers working for EPC companies and engineering divisions of energy companies focused on meeting the needs of CAM's target customers. Prior to founding CAM, Mr. Pierrotti worked for CH2M Hill as an Executive Vice President for CH2M Oil, Gas & Chemicals and Mr. Stamper worked for Anadarko as a Facilities Engineering Manager for East Texas and North Louisiana.
