Who's Buying Lingerie in Canada? Canadian Provinces Ranked by Online Lingerie Sales

TORONTO, ON --(Marketwired - February 11, 2016) - With Valentine's Day around the corner Lace.ca gives us a glimpse into the bedrooms of Canada.

Lace.ca looked at the provinces in Canada based on population census data (18+) and ranked them according to sales per capita. Based on sales over a one year period (January 1, 2015 - December 31, 2015) the top three provinces whose residents spent the most on lingerie were Alberta, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. Prince Edward Island came in close with 4th place. Surprisingly Quebec came in last at 10th place.

The most popular colors in lingerie across the country were black, red and pink. Some of the most popular products come from the Dress Up and Role Play category (https://www.lace.ca/lingerie/dress­up­and­role­play)​; Bodystockings and BabyDolls are extremely popular as well.
