In his new role, Cossey will report to Rich Pierro, the co-CEO of Premier Mounts, and be responsible for leading, directing, and implementing all facets of the sales and marketing functions. Cossey is tasked with the day-to-day operations of the Products Division, as well as setting goals, strategy, and execution in line with Premier Mounts' strategic vision.

Prior to joining Premier Mounts, Cossey held a senior leadership role at Altinex as Vice President of Sales where he was responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and new product initiatives within the Pro-AV channel. He has also spent over 12 years in Design-Build AV System Integrat ion, responsible for managing and expanding operations globally .
