Lysaker, 31 March 2016: The board of directors of Scanship Holding ASA (SSHIP) has approved the financial statements for 2015. The approved financial statements are in accordance with previously presented preliminary results, which were published on 29 February 2016.
The Annual Report for 2015 will be made available on the company's website and notified to the Oslo Stock Exchange no later than three weeks prior to the annual general meeting, to be held on 12 May 2016.
