Olof Persson and Elisabeth Dahlin are nominated to the Board of New Wave Group
AB (publ)
The Nomination Committee proposes election of Olof Persson and Elisabeth Dahlin
as new board members at the Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2016. The
Nomination Committee also proposes re-election of board members Torsten Jansson,
Mats Årjes, Christina Bellander and M. Johan Widerberg. Anders Dahlvig and Helle
Kruse Nielsen have declined re-election as board members.

Olof Persson has a background as President and Chief Executive Officer of AB
Volvo (2011-2015), President of Volvo Construction Equipment 2008-2011 and
President of Volvo Aero (2006-2008).

Elisabeth Dahlin is since 2008 Secretary-General of Rädda Barnen/Save the
Children and has also a background as Ambassador at the Swedish Ministry for
Foreign Affairs (2005-2008) where she was responsible for inter alia the Swedish
Government’s work with corporate social responsibility. Before that she was also
Deputy Director-General (2001-2005) with responsibility for trade politics
within WTO and EU and chair of the Trade Faciltation Council, SWEPRO. She has a
broad experience of trade promotion and supporting corporations from the Swedish
Mission in Vietnam, Brazil and Zambia. In addition to being the President of
Rädda Barnen/Save the Children, she is also a Board member of the Press Council
(PON) and of the Public Service Charity Board.

The Nomination Committee constitutes of Johan Ståhl (Chairman), Lannebo Fonder,
Arne Lööw, Fjärde AP-fonden and Torsten Jansson, Torsten Jansson Förvaltning AB.
The Nomination Committee represents around 86 per cent of the votes associated
with all shares in the company.
