Company Announcement No. 35, 2016 – Correction to Company Announcement No. 34 published 7 April 2016

The correction relates to ISIN-code DK000203653-2 and ISIN-code DK000203637-5.
For both ISINS the name in press release 34 was incorrect and for DK000203653-2
the IO feature was lacking in the final terms released by Company Announcement
no. 34. The revised final terms are included in this Company Announcement no.
35.
