Cardinals Management Group Experiences Enormous Growth in Early 2016

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Apr 11, 2016) - Cardinals Management Group, Inc. is raising the bar for the second quarter of 2016. After an explosive start to the year, the Phoenix based company is continuing the momentum with more plans for expansion. Cardinals Management Group is a marketing and brand management firm specializing in new client acquisitions. The firm has continued to grow throughout the state of Arizona by serving as the in-store marketing consultants for Fortune 500 & 100 companies. Led by CEO Dane Sterns, Cardinals Management Group has found a multitude of growth opportunities throughout Arizona, and is now setting their sights on new territories outside of their home state.

With two successful office locations already centered around the greater Phoenix area, the company has spent the beginning of 2016 gaining ground throughout the entire Metropolitan area. Over the next few months Cardinals Management Group will be focusing on new territory development across the state of Arizona, along with expansion plans in both Utah and Colorado being finalized for the end of this year. Eugene began with Cardinals Management Group at their Phoenix, AZ location last year, and has already earned himself a Management position within the organization. Eugene attended Morris Brown University to earn his PhD, focusing on international economic development, and felt the opportunity with Cardinals Management was a perfect fit for what he wants out of his career. "I started with the company because I was excited about the personal growth opportunities, and felt that the meritocracy culture would be most beneficial based on my own goals for the future," said Eugene. "I am looking to continue to grow from the groundwork I've already built."

Eugene Fletcher isn't wasting any time after his promotion into Management, and is already making plans to expand four more times by the end of this year, which will also include three new market territories. With a personal goal to help the organization extend its reach to a National level within the next five years, Eugene has his work cut out for him. "Our goal is to expand and open up more office locations as demands from our clients' increase," shared Eugene. "We are setting goals to have 40-50 office locations by the end of the next 5 years."
