Mr. Graves brings more than 25 years of investment banking expertise to Signal Hill and has executed transactions valued at more than $40 billion on behalf of a broad range of clients. In 2004, Mr. Graves founded Spinnaker Capital Advisors (SCA), an advisory firm focused on the M&A and capital raising needs of middle market media companies. During his 11 years of operating SCA, Mr. Graves participated in more than $650 million of M&A, capital raising and financial advisory transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Graves was employed in the media investment banking practices of Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Salomon Brothers. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Science & Statistics from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
