Nasdaq Riga decided on April 20, 2016 to list additional 25 000 AS „Latvenergo” first series bonds under the second programme with total nominal value of EUR 25 000 000 (temporary ISIN code LV0010801775) on Baltic Bond list next to the already listed 75 000 AS „Latvenergo” bonds with total nominal value EUR 75 000 000 (ISIN code LV0000801777) as of April 21, 2016.
Upon admission of the additional bonds to Baltic Bond list the bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the bonds in the amount of EUR 75 million issued on 10 June 2015 and will have a common ISIN code LV0000801777.
As of April 21, 2016 AS "Latvenergo" bonds with following paremeters will be listed on Baltic Bond List:
