This newly created position will play a key role in accelerating Virgin Pulse's success, and Osborne will drive the company's evolution and business strategy, and ensure the seamless integration of clients, culture, and capabilities from ShapeUp and Global Corporate Challenge (GCC), the newest additions to the Virgin Pulse portfolio.

Prior to joining Virgin Pulse, Osborne was the COO at Drillinginfo, an Insight portfolio company that provides data software to the oil and gas industry, and he was instrumental in developing the company's operating model and product growth strategy. Prior to Drillinginfo, Osborne served as Managing Director of Vista Consulting Group, where he helped Vista portfolio companies develop strategies to drive growth and improve operations while accelerating business outcomes. During his tenure he helped acquire, transform, and integrate over 30 companies. He has also held executive leadership positions at SumTotal Systems, Lawson Software, and Infor. Osborne holds an MBA from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in finance and business from Colorado State University.
