DMW&H Named One of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2016

CARLSTADT, NJ--(Marketwired - Apr 25, 2016) - DMW&H, a full-service integrator of material handling systems, announces that the company has been named one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the 3^rd consecutive year. This program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. DMW&H ranked #37 on the list of small/medium-sized companies, citing that what makes their employees happy is the "fun, supportive, family-like atmosphere."

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 70 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 30 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees).

To qualify, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Have at least 15 employees in New Jersey
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit or government entity
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in New Jersey

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This phase was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
