Brick Brewing Unveils the Greenest Brewery in North America

KITCHENER, ON--(Marketwired - April 27, 2016) - Brick Brewing Co. Limited ("Brick" or the "Company") (TSX: BRB), Ontario's largest Canadian-owned brewery, today reported an assessment of the energy and environmental performance of its new brewhouse.

"Last fall we consolidated our brewing facilities by adding a state-of-the-art brewhouse to our packaging and distribution centre in Kitchener," said Russell Tabata, Chief Operating Officer. "That event created significant financial savings for the business, but it also created savings in an even more meaningful way."

We now use 52% less thermal energy, 32% less electricity, 48% less water and produce 80% less wastewater all while increasing our output by 300%."
