RCI BANQUE ISSUES € 600 MILLION OF A 2023 BOND
RCI Banque issued today a 7 year bond with a 1.00% coupon for a total amount of € 600 million.
This is the second public issuance in euro in 2016. The order book was slightly over of € 1.3 billion coming from 167 investors.
Following two initial 7 year bonds launched in 2014 and 2015, this new transaction confirms investors' confidence in RCI Banque financial strength.
