A seasoned business executive with 20 years of experience in corporate strategy and board governance, she is recognized for her business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex information, clearly articulate issues and drive effective and practical solutions. Her expertise includes guiding companies through change and using her understanding of complex regulatory requirements and enterprise risk to advance strategic priorities.
Wilson is a leader in the Twin Cities business community; she is the former Chair of Fraser, a premier provider of autism services, and is currently on the Board of the Dunwoody College of Technology and the Guthrie Theatre. She has been an active participant in NGOs and non-profit boards for 30 years. Wilson has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas Law School and on the Board of Visitors for the University of Minnesota Law School. In addition, she frequently speaks on topics of leadership, board governance, compliance and the role of corporate counsel.
