Dexia Credit Local decided to issue on 01 June 2016 - EUR 2,000,000,000 - Fixed Rate Notes due December 2019 guaranteed by the States of Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
The Information Memorandum dated 1st July 2015 relating to the Guaranteed Euro Medium Term Notes Programme benefitting from an unconditional and irrevocable first demand guarantee by the States of Belgium, France and Luxembourg and the supplements to the Base Prospectus dated 17 August 2015, 20 November 2015, 19 February 2016, 2 May 2016, and 18 May 2016 approved by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange are available on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (www.bourse.lu), at the registered office of the issuer: Tour Dexia La Défense 2 - 1, Passerelle des Reflets - TSA 92 202 - 92919 La Défense Cedex, France, and at the office of the Paying Agent.
