Whitehead will present a game plan that service providers can refer to when preparing an IT environment for disaster recovery, in order to maintain uptime and ensure business continuity.
Whitehead's "The Future is Business Continuity" session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, at 2:15 PM. "We at Zetta are seeing more concern from providers about protecting the IT environment and getting back up as soon as possible after a disaster," said Whitehead, citing a recent Zetta IT survey which revealed that 76% of respondents would incur moderate to severe costs from several days of downtime. "During our session I will show what a complete disaster recovery solution looks like, one that will provide IT with the best failover times," said Whitehead.
Whitehead also will give providers a framework they can follow to make sure they're getting business continuity right for their end-customers.
