ORCO PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company") announces that it received the following major shareholding notifications:
The Company has been notified on 14 June 2016 by Mr. Pavel Španko that he disposed of ASPLEY VENTURES LIMITED, an entity holding 400,000,000 shares of the Company. Mr. Španko's shareholding in the Company has fallen on 8 June 2016 below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% thresholds.
The Company has been notified on 16 June 2016 on behalf of by Mr. Jan Gerner that he disposed of FETUMAR DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, an entity holding 400,000,000 shares of the Company. Mr. Gerner's shareholding in the Company has fallen on 8 June 2016 below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% thresholds.
The Company has been notified on 17 June 2016 by Mr. Július Strapek that he disposed of JAGAPA LIMITED, an entity holding 400,000,000 shares of the Company. Mr. Strapek's shareholding in the Company has fallen on 8 June 2016 below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% thresholds.
