Increased number of shares and votes in Castellum

As previously announced, Castellum AB (publ) has carried out a rights issue of
82,000,000 shares, a new issue of 19,194,458 shares against payment in kind and
a transfer of 8,006,708 repurchased shares. The company’s share capital as well
as number of registered and outstanding shares and votes have, therefore,
increased in June 2016.

As of June 30, 2016, the total number of registered and outstanding shares in
Castellum AB (publ) amount to 273,201,166, corresponding to 273,201,166 votes.
The rights issue and the new issue of shares against payment in kind have
increased the company’s share capital with SEK 41,000,000 and SEK 9,597,229,
respectively, and, therefore, as of June 30, 2016, amount to SEK 136,600,583.
