(NASDAQ: EVOL), a leader in real-time activation, analytics and marketing for connected mobile devices, today announced that a wireless operator in the Middle East has renewed its Managed Services agreement to manage and operate Evolving Systems' Real-time Lifecycle Marketing™ (RLM) solution.

RLM, a leading mobile marketing solution, enables operator marketing departments to innovate, execute and manage highly-personalized and contextually-relevant interactive campaigns that engage consumers in real time.

The Managed Services agreement gives the operator access to Evolving Systems' experienced teams, who can use the RLM solution to provide insights into user behavior, design, test and launch marketing tactics that acquire, activate, upsell and retain mobile subscribers. The Managed Service also includes all operational management of the solution.
