This quick-reference guide was created by affirmative action and equal employment opportunity (AA/EEO) expert, Candee Chambers and employment law expert, John C. Fox to help bridge the gap that currently exists between OFCCP compliance and recruitment professionals, and provide recruiters with a better understanding of the varied tasks and documentation they may be asked to record.
