CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - July 13, 2016) - Advanced Resources, a staffing firm and talent solutions provider, has announced Dave McKeon has joined the leadership team as HR Consulting Practice Leader of their HR Project Resources practice. The practice will be part of the HR division, expanding on existing delivery services to offer strategic solutions including total rewards, organizational design/change management, and talent management/workforce planning.
Mr. McKeon has over three decades of experience in human resources and is a respected industry leader. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President at Stericycle where he was responsible for all human resource responsibilities for the company across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Stericycle, Mr. McKeon held several leadership positions in human resources with private and public companies such as Hewitt Associates, Ameritech (AT&T), Mobil Chemical, and Frito-Lay. He also spent several years running his own HR consulting practice. In these roles Mr. McKeon was accountable for the design and delivery of talent programs for all employee populations. In 2015 he was one of the featured panelists at Advanced Resources' Thought Leadership Event discussing the topic, "Building Better Employee Engagement".
