Invitation to telephone conference and audiocast regarding Six month report on July 22


Skanska’s Six month report 2016 will be released on Friday, July 22 at 07:30 am
CET.
In conjunction with the release of the report, you are invited to participate in
a telephone conference, at 10:00 am CET (UK 09:00).

Johan Karlström, Skanska’s President and CEO, and Peter Wallin, CFO, will
present the report and thereafter respond to questions.

The telephone conference will be audiocasted live at www.skanska.com/investors,
where it also will be posted shortly afterwards.
