NEW YORK, July 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On August 2, Associa and Associa Supports Kids (ASK), with its mascot Scout, will be in the heart of New York City for one of the biggest National Night Out (NNO) events in the nation. The Central Park NNO event is hosted by the New York Police Department Transit District 1 and takes place at 59th and Columbus Circle in Central Park West from 3 – 7 p.m. on August 2.
Associa, the industry leader in community management, has been a national sponsor of National Night Out for five years and this is its second year to partner with NYPD for the Central Park festivities.

National Night Out is free and open to the public. It is intended to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness along with strengthening neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
Associa Supports Kids is a value-added program for Associa community residents, designed to enhance the neighborhood community experience year-round.
