Atlantic Metro Announces the Appointment of Mr. Roy Ceccato as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Board of Directors

Mr. Ceccato, 57, started with Atlantic Metro in January 2013, as the principal financial representative on the Company's outside Advisory Committee. "Roy brings over 30 years of SMB financial experience including substantial public company work in pre and post IPOs, Equity and Debt financing, M&A structuring skills, SEC financial presentation and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance," said CEO Mr. Matthew Lombardi. "He has been the driving force in preparing our financial statements for audit and in implementing internal controls. He has also been the principal architect of our financing activities while heading up our strategic acquisition plans.
