Mrs. Fernandes will be working directly with the CEO and COO of HempTech to further the product development, managing risks and controls, HR, regulatory processes and product delivery process & controls with current and future customers.

Mrs. Fernandes has had a long career with Citigroup for over 34 years working in a variety of positions primarily in the Technology area. As a Senior Manager in the Operations and Technology group her job functions included managing large, global corporate technology projects in Finance and Procurement. Her most recent experience has been in Risk and Control, reviewing and revising their internal assessment process to standardize the program across the Corporate Technology Office (CTO). Over the years, working in several functional areas, she has amassed an incredible amount of experience which will be valuable to HempTech Corp. as the Company moves from development stage to being fully operational. Some of the areas she has worked on include:

• Accounts Payable and Equity Compensation System

• Corporate Financial and Regulatory Systems

• Program Management for a variety of projects such as: managing Corporate Financial Consolidation, transitioning development team from New York to Tampa, managing software development teams across the globe

In addition to her multi-faceted responsibilities, she has also been involved in various programs across Citi especially in initiating the mentoring program in CTO and in the O&T Women's Leadership Council.
