Fiksu DSP was launched in July with the goal of offering the premier mobile DSP for app user acquisition and engagement campaigns. Now McGinty joins Fiksu DSP to push towards that goal. A proven B2B sales leader, McGinty was most recetly VP of Sales and Marketing at Burst.it LLC, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing functions. Prior to that he was COO at GTxcel, where he grew sales by over 200%, as well as VP of Sales Strategy & Client Services at RAMP Holdings, a SaaS video management and delivery provider, where he worked with a who’s who of media companies.
His experience building high-performance sales teams to seize market share will be key as Fiksu DSP continues to grow in the coming year. “I am incredibly excited to dig in and help build the best global sales team in the market,” said McGinty, “and looking forward to introducing more customers to the best DSP technology available. The programmatic space is growing at an incredible rate and Fiksu is uniquely armed with the mobile data to outperform the rest of the market.”
The office move to 126 Newbury Street not only brings Fiksu DSP to the most stylish street in Boston, but also symbolizes a fresh start as the newly-focused team concentrates on building the best RTB buying platform in the industry. As part of that fresh start, McGinty has already hired several new salespeople and is aggressively hiring more in the coming weeks.
“Hiring a dynamic, driven leader like Matt to head up sales was a key component of our plan to pounce on the mobile programmatic opportunity,” said Micah Adler, CEO of Fiksu DSP. “And any time you move an entire company, it’s exciting and helps reinvigorate staff. These two moves together position us for renewed growth and demonstrate our commitment to prospects, clients and the tech community in Boston.”
FIksu DSP maintains additional offices in New York City, London, and Northampton, MA.
