The Board of Downing TWO VCT plc is pleased to announce an extension of the Offer for Subscription in respect of K shares that launched on 15 December 2015. The Offer had previously been scheduled to close on 31 August 2016 but has now been extended to 3 p.m. on 30 September 2016 (unless previously fully subscribed or further extended).
