On September 8, 2015, Nasdaq Stockholm AB decided that the shares in Pilum AB (the “Company”) were to receive observation status due to material adverse uncertainty in respect of the Company’s financial position with reference to a press release published by the Company on the same day.
On June 1, 2016, Nasdaq Stockholm AB decided to update the observation status with reference to a press release published by the Company on May 31, 2016 with information regarding that the Company had entered into an agreement to purchase all outstanding shares in Saxlund International Holding AB, a wholly owned subsidiary to Trention AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, partly by an issue for non-cash consideration.
On July 26, 2016, the Company published a press release with information that the Company had published its updated and approved company description regarding the Company’s new business after the purchase of all outstanding shares in Saxlund International Holding AB.
On September 7, 2016, the Company published a press release with information that the issue for non-cash consideration had been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. In the same press release, the Company clarified that its current working capital is sufficient for the upcoming twelve months.
With reference to what is stated above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Pilum AB (PIL, ISIN code SE0006341616, order book ID 32880) shall be removed. The observation status will be removed with effect as of today, September 7, 2016.
