The shareholders are invited to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting that will be held on 11 October 2016, concerning the renewal of the authorisation permitting use of the authorised capital.
In the event that the Meeting does not reach the required quorum, a second Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 28 October 2016 (on the same day as the Annual General Meeting).
