Scale Computing Appoints Johan Pellicaan to Deliver Further Growth in EMEA

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM and INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - September 27, 2016) - Scale Computing, the market leader in hyperconverged storage, server and virtualisation solutions for midsized companies, announced today that Johan Pellicaan has joined as Managing Director EMEA. Johan will report to Dave Hallmen, the company's Chief of Revenue and Sales Operations.

Johan has over 30 years' experience in technology sales and product management, with more than 10 of those focusing on reseller and distribution. This wealth of experience means Johan brings with him a concrete understanding of both the channel and the hyperconverged market.

Johan comes to the company from Springpath where he was responsible for driving their hyperconverged EMEA regional strategy as the Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA. Prior to Springpath, he was an executive at Seagate, Microsoft and ProClarity. Johan joins Scale with a mission to establish strong distribution channel partners across EMEA, an area where Scale has previously been UK focused.
