How Far Will You Go to Defeat Type 1 Diabetes

Canadians Ride Up to the Challenge; JDRF Revolution Ride

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - September 28, 2016) - On Friday September 30, Canadians will show their resolve to revolve by taking part in the nation-wide JDRF Revolution Ride to Defeat Diabetes, presented by Sun Life Financial. This unique high-energy stationary cycling event will gather thousands of people as they pedal to raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for type 1 diabetes (T1D).

The JDRF Revolution Ride to Defeat Diabetes consists of five elements: Ride10 -- five participants ride seven minutes each on a stationary bike; Ride60 -- a 60 minute individual endurance challenge where distance is measured; Ride100 -- an individual 100 km challenge where time is measured; vRide -- ride virtually where you want when you want in the challenge of your choice; and iRide -- a choice of a 25, 60 or 100 mile outdoor challenge among seven destinations in the United States.
