At this year's show, running October 14-16 at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, attendees can see more than vendors for home improvement or home remodeling -- they can see model homes completely decorated and furnished!
The Novi Home Show is proud to host the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) Home Showcase featuring six spectacular model homes from member manufacturers, including a tiny park model under 400 square feet. Each home is completely decorated and furnished. Representatives from manufactured home communities and retailers will be on hand to answer questions about manufactured home living.
Tour six manufactured home models featuring gorgeous open floor plans, incredible kitchens and luxurious master baths from some of the industry's leading manufacturers including Champion Home Builders, Clayton Homes and Skyline Homes.
Fans of the tiny home trend will have an opportunity to tour the charming Champion Athens tiny park model with one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen with full-size appliances, espresso cabinets and mosaic backsplash. More traditional homes include the Redman Advantage II from Champion Home Builders; the Jackson model from Clayton Homes and the Brookstone model from Skyline Homes. These homes showcase top-of-the-line materials including granite and spectacular features like cathedral ceilings, walk-in closets and kitchen islands.
There is no additional cost to tour the MMHA Home Showcase at The Novi Home Show.
The Novi Home Show will be held October 14-16 at Suburban Collection Showplace, 46100 Grand River Avenue in Novi, Friday 2-8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Adult admission (ages 13 and over) is $10; seniors (ages 55 and over) is $9; and children ages 12 and under admitted free! Parking not included in ticket price. Special "$5 after 5" admission pricing on Friday and Saturday.
