NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Oct 12, 2016) - Park IP Translations, a Welocalize company and leader in legal language services, announced the release of the Park IP Translations Plug-In for Relativity. The new plug-in connects to Park IP Translations technology, which will help law firms and corporate organizations automatically translate multilingual e-discovery data held on Relativity, kCura's e-discovery software platform.
Park IP Translations Plug-In for Relativity provides users of Relativity with seamless integration and access to Park IP's machine and human translation services into more than 175 languages. Relativity helps organizations worldwide manage large volumes of unstructured data.
"Park IP Translations Plug-In for Relativity helps legal clients overcome the challenges of a complex e-discovery process involving the review of large volumes of data in multiple languages," said Erin Wynn, chief customer officer at Park IP Translations, a Welocalize company. "We can now offer clients the ability to streamline the workflow of e-discovery data between their Relativity platform and Park IP Translations' systems, whether human or machine translation. At a click of a button, e-discovery documentation can be automatically translated making the linear review process simpler, quicker and more cost-effective."
Some e-discovery documents need to be translated to determine relevancy to a litigation case. Park IP Translations' clients benefit from a seamless exchange of e-discovery data from Relativity, taking flagged documents and automatically delivering them through Park IP's customized machine translation engines. Translated data is then automatically delivered back to Relativity and mapped to the source location.
The Park IP Translations Plug-In for Relativity is offered as part of Park IP's Technology Assisted Translation (TAT) Solutions, which are constantly evolving to support lawyers and global organizations to better manage deadlines and control costs in large scale multinational litigations.
"We are excited to welcome Park IP Translations' plug-in into the Relativity Ecosystem," said Perry Marchant, vice president of engineering at kCura. "In today's global economy, organizations are communicating in multiple languages, which poses a unique challenge for e-discovery. Park IP Translations' innovative solution will enable customers to make foreign language translation during e-discovery more efficient through its seamless integration with Relativity."
The plug-in is now listed in the Relativity Ecosystem, which includes third-party integrations and plug-ins, custom Relativity applications, and developer groups offering custom development services.
