Standard & Poor's Global Ratings has raised its corporate credit ratings on Akzo Nobel N.V. to
'A-/A-1' from 'BBB+/A-2' with a stable outlook.
The rating recognizes the company's strong financial foundation and incorporates sufficient headroom to pursue its strategy of continuous improvement and organic growth, including potential bolt-on acquisitions.
