LiveWire Ergogenics Retains EquiNet, LLC for Strategic Consulting and Information Marketing

(OTC PINK: LVVV) a performance nutrition product development and marketing company, announced today that it has signed a strategic consulting and marketing agreement with EquiNet, LLC, to provide market research, financial analysis and corporate consulting services for LiveWire.

EquiNet will provide comprehensive consulting services to LiveWire, beginning with management interviews and conducting an in-depth analysis of the company's current business model, financial and equity structure to establish a detailed "Roadmap to Success Doctrine".

EquiNet will identify and establish a schedule for upcoming LiveWire milestone events, will coordinate press releases and other relevant publications.
