ClearPlex Joins Madico, Inc.

WOBURN, MA--(Marketwired - Nov 21, 2016) -  Madico^® Inc., one of the world's leading manufacturers of automotive, solar, safety and security films, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire select assets of ClearPlex^® Corporation (www.clearplex.com), an established supplier of protection films based in Draper, Utah. 

ClearPlex markets and distributes optically-clear, patent pending glass protection films and related products for use in the transportation and electronic markets throughout the world. ClearPlex provides an economically sound solution to the problems of glass damage, replacement, integrity and safety.
