Bank of Lithuania on 28th of November, 2016 approved circular of AB "Vilniaus degtinė" shareholder Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits, by which shareholder is seeking to buy remaining shares of AB "Vilniaus degtinė".
Tender offer price is 0,432 euro (four hundred thirty two thousandths euro) per 1 (one) ordinary registered share of AB "Vilniaus degtinė" (ISIN code LT0000112450), with nominal value of 0,29 euro (twenty nine euro cent). Execution of tender offer will begin on 2nd of December, 2016 and will end on 15th of December, 2016.
