TTS Group ASA (the "Company") has agreed with Nordea and DNB on new financing agreements for credit and guarantee facilities. The agreements represent, with some adjustments, an extension of prevailing bank funding for two new years starting from 01.01.2017.
The new bank agreements are based on an extension and/or refinancing of the company's Convertible Callable Unsecured Subordinated Bond, falling due 18.04.2017, being agreed within 30.03.2017.
