With over forty-three years of experience in the field of Nursing, Eileen offers valuable insight in her role as a Clinical Nurse Educator at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Established in 1963, Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center provides a variety of fully-integrated patient care services to improve the health of the community and beyond.
As a Clinical Nurse Educator at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center since 2006, Eileen’s day-to-day responsibilities include organizing new hire orientation, annual competencies, maintaining regulation laws and incorporating new techniques, and organizing frequent learning opportunities.
In 1993, Eileen earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Critical Care and Trauma from the Thomas Jefferson University. Her desire to pursue the field of Nursing developed from a childhood dream of being a nurse and a lifelong learner.
Among her many accomplishments, Eileen is proud to have helped nurses hone their skills and achieve success for twenty-eight years of patient care. She attributes her success to being a problem solver, hard work, and focusing on patient care.
