Robert Brevelle has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Brevelle has 20 years of experience in building and leading technology companies, M&A, engineering, and venture capital. Mr. Brevelle has held C-level and board positions at various private and public companies to include Fortune 500 companies, and his experience includes multiple exits and M&A transactions in the USA, Canada, and UK. Mr. Brevelle serves on several boards and advisory groups, and he is a partner in multiple investment groups. Mr. Brevelle is a credentialed Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management Professional, and he is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. Mr. Brevelle has a BS and MS from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Steven Gehfeld, Doug Lunn and Ricky Tejapaibul join Boian Spassov on the Advisory Board.
Mr. Gehfeld has over 15 years of experience in engineering, operations, and venture capital. Mr. Gehfeld has held management positions at Ericsson and Versacom, and he is currently a partner in multiple investment groups. Mr. Gehfeld has a BS in Geographic Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Lunn has over 5 years of experience in venture capital, geology, and materials science. Mr. Lunn has held positions at venture capital firms to include Catalina Ventures. Mr. Lunn has a BS in Geology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and he is in the MBA program at Southern Methodist University.
Mr. Tejapaibul has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, and corporate finance. Mr. Tejapaibul has held senior positions at General Motors and Motorola, and he is currently an advisor for several companies. Mr. Tejapaibul is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Tejapaibul has a BS in Engineering and MS in Finance from Chulalongkorn University and a MS and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
