Repurchase of existing bonds
The European Energy Group is contemplating to repurchase some of European Energy A/S' outstanding bonds in the open market. The repurchase is anticipated to have a size up to EUR 4m in total and is subject to satisfactory terms being available. Any repurchase will be carried out by Arctic Securities AS (att. Kristian Pande Horn, kristian.pande.horn@arctic.com) on behalf of the European Energy Group in accordance with applicable regulations.
