Press release announcing the formalities for obtaining or consulting
the Registration Document
Bouygues filed its 2016 Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 22 March 2016.
The Registration Document includes the full-year financial review, the Report by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the auditors' reports and information on fees paid to auditors and a description of the share buyback programme.
The French-language version of the Registration Document is available on the company's website at www.bouygues.com. Copies can also be obtained from the company's registered office at 32 avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris, France.
